The staffs were very nice. the breakfast had some hot options, and the bedding felt so soft. the spa was amazing. It has 3 saunas and a chilling room.

the hotel location its just a quick walk from the train station. luggage delivery happened to my room after check in. this service is helpful because there is a staircase before the elevator.

i loved the rooms with views of the matterhorn i stayed three nights the staff is fantastic especially mats he helped me plan my days he is dedicated to his work and very charming i selected a large room with a good balcony the rooms and bathrooms are really nice beds were comfortable too
the bathroom heater did not work i propped the door open to keep the room warm i put a towel on the cold tile floor it was shocking to step on it at night they looked at it but couldn't fix it

The rooms are large and clean, a great combination! The sauna and steam room provided excellent relaxation after skiing. I also appreciated how close this hotel is to the Sunnegga lift. The staff assisted me in finding gloves that I had misplaced in a taxi.
The bathroom heater did not work so the tile floor was icy!

Excellent Stay with Great Views

The location was very convenient, a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was also included. I could see the Matterhorn directly from my room. It was really awesome and convenient.
The heater in the bathroom wasn't working. I propped the door open to keep it warm. I put a towel on the tile floor. It was quite a shocker stepping in there at night with the ice-cold tile floor.
